Home Décor Return Policy

 

Please be aware that orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Any cancellation that is requested after 24 hours may be refused or subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please email to cancel your order help@lkdgoods.shop

 

Returnable Merchandise •

 

  • Within 10 days of package delivery, items are eligible for refunds. •

  • Upon arrival, each item is checked. To receive a complete refund, the item must be returned unused and in its original packing. •

  • If the item(s) does/does not suit the customer's needs and/or preferences, the client will be responsible for paying all shipping charges for the return. The buyer does not like the color or quality of the item, it does not meet a specific demand, etc. are a few examples of this. •

LKDGHD will pay for the cost of replacement shipping if the products are delivered in damaged or faulty condition. Any damaged item(s) may be replaced before a refund is given, and we reserve the right to do so.

 

  • Contact customer service as soon as possible at help@lkdgoods.shop if an item has a manufacturing flaw or has been damaged during shipping. We will ask for pictures to help us decide the best course of action. After delivery, you have ten days to file any claims. After 10 days, no claims will be taken into consideration. LKDGOODS! Home Décor has the right to refuse exchanges or refunds for products that are not in like-new condition as a result of abuse or damage by the customer. LKDGOODS! Home Décor also has the right to refuse exchanges or returns that are not initiated within the allotted 10-day window.

IMPERFECT SALES AND CLEARANCE MERCHANDISE

Any imperfect sales or clearance merchandise are not eligible for returns. Imperfect Sales and Clearance Items are final sales. 

 

Custom

Orders We do not accept cancellations, exchanges, or returns for custom orders because they are made specifically for you. We have merely given you an estimated ship time because vendor ship times differ.

 

PROBLEM? LET US HELP.

In the odd event that your item is damaged or flawed when it is delivered, please contact customer care as soon as possible at help@lkdgoods.shop. We will request images or videos to help us establish the best line of action for resolving your issue (e.g. replacement, exchange, or refunds). Within 10 days after delivery, all claims must be submitted. After 10 days, no claims will be considered.

DELIVERY ISSUES

 

We are not liable for missing or stolen packages after they leave our warehouse. Please contact FedEx Customer Care at (800) 463-3339 if your package seems delivered but you haven't received it. LKDGOODS Home Décor is unable to contact FedEx on the customer's behalf due to privacy issues.You can submit a claim with FedEx. Please get in touch with us when placing your order to ask for a "signature required" delivery if you reside in a location where there is a significant danger of package theft.

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

Customers are responsible for covering any customs charges and taxes associated with international orders, which are not refundable.

 

ARRIVAL DATES

LKDGOODS! Home Décor makes every effort to ensure that goods arrive within the estimated delivery window. We will try our best to let you know in advance if an unexpected delay arises, but we do not offer financial compensation for late delivery.

 

COLOR & FINISH

Each item's color, finish, and dye lot may vary due to the distinctiveness and raw materials utilized in certain of our products. The uniqueness of each item differs from piece to piece owing to the nature of how things are made. Over time, exposure to light and temperature variations can also have an impact on the state of your goods.

 

How to Make a Return

Before returning any items, please contact LKDGOODS! Home Décor Customer Care at help@lkdgoods.shop to be sure you are eligible for a refund. Please include the following information when returning an item: the product's description, the order number, and the reason for the return.

Please be aware that all returns will be subject to a restocking fee equal to 20% of the order amount. If at all feasible, repack and seal your return in the original container. Include the original packaging slip together with the details mentioned above. Refunds will be given for eligible returns.

Refunds

When the item is received in our office, refunds will be processed. Your item will be examined when it is returned. If qualified, credits for the purchase price will be given. Please give your credit up to 14 days to process.

Orders Credits to your Charge Card

Only the credit card or account that was used to make the original purchase will be credited with credit card and PayPal refunds. Your account won't be credited until up to 14 days have passed since the day LKDGOODS' Home Décor received your return.
